Can't we duel later? I'd be weird to leave the RP now... Maybe the day after tomorrow. I dunno... Yikes, this is terrible...

 

Generally this game is decided by material advantage. Doubling the starting LP will make things slower, but wont make things any more unpredictable. In addition to that, some decks will still be able to OTK fairly easily. For example, Shooting Star Dragon can reveal five tuners and attack directly for 16500 damage. You'd also have to deal with cards that are balanced for 8k LP, but become OP with 16K and worthless with 4K. For example Anime Granel uses your entire life. At max, that's 4k. Real granel uses half your life. Again, 4k. Real granel here would be 8k to start with. Additionally, there's a card that's like granel but based off of the opponent's life points. (don't remember the name, it's a zombie of some sort.) So I think it would hurt more than help.[DOUBLEPOST=1417046027][/DOUBLEPOST]

He wasn't asking who your character was, he commenting that you would know who his character was. Speaking of which, who is that (The character he's using)?

 

That won't help. It only opens up more strategies. I think we should go with just keeping players from going all in and stopping each other from almost everything. For example I will take your field from last game. What you had there was full field off monsters and traps. That situation in first turn make it so you can prevent your opponent from making any move if you want to and have good protection. This can be hard to judge what is going overboard an what is not; but for sake of general enjoyment I think we need some limits.

Oh, I didn't understand what he was refering to.

 

I decided that I'm not going to 'save the future!' with Silvur (intentional misspell) and create character to use. So here he is: vengeful Ghost of past, present and future not-Christmas; owner of the land every character that appeared till now is standing on (unless it's over it).

 

I realize that I would have to Limit Ancient Leaf for example if I made 16,000 the default.[DOUBLEPOST=1417057720][/DOUBLEPOST]If I do Duel again I would like to hold off until at least AFTER Friday. I'm gonna be busy with Thanksgiving tomorrow. And I'm gonna want to shop on Black Friday.

 

OK. My duel proposal to Latias still stands, though. So the RP can keep going.

 

Yeah about that...I was actually going to ask that we put the RP on hold until after Black Friday cuz I'm gonna be busy...

 

I'd wait for Latias. If she doesn't want to duel me, we can put the RP on hold.

I don't even get a chance at using LVs and you keep banning them! :(

 

No reason to ban any of the other ones. The Armed Dragons are fine. I have no reason to hit any of them other than Dark Armed Dragon.

 

I know that Armed Dragon are gonna be save. But whatever other LVs I'll be able to use legally? And I mean, what other LVs don't have its ultimate form banned?

 

All of the ones that aren't Horus and Silent Swordsman. But those had to be banned for obvious reasons.[DOUBLEPOST=1417064719][/DOUBLEPOST]I kinda think Silver should use Lightsworns. Because I heard that in real life alot of Lightsworn players are spoiled rich jerks lol.

 

Silver only fits the jerk part of that description. He is the abandoned son of a mafia don, you can't get less spoiled and rich than that. That's why he steals a lot in-game and in the RP, I guess.
