The Yugioh Card Duel Arena 10.0

I never really got a chance to see 'The Avengers' while it was in theaters, but it provided for some good Yu-Gi-Oh! card inspiration.

That's basically the only drawback to the core group of Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man and Thor....you have to destroy them by battle.

 

Yes but he's only human. So it doesn't really make sense for him to be immune to ALL card effects.

 

he should make his shield an equip card that makes him immune instead.

 

Well since they're not unbeatable and don't generate any kind of crippling restriction advantage against the opponent they're approved.[DOUBLEPOST=1370048006][/DOUBLEPOST]

I had that thought in mind. But it would make more sense for it to say that it just protects him from being destroyed by card effects instead of making him completely unaffected by them. I fail to see the logic in his shield protecting him from things like Mind Control and Shrink etc.

Oh wow, I didn't realize they were either player's turn.. Yeah, that's ridiculously OP on monsters that are immune to card effects.

Since I haven't done so yet-- Ugh, unaffected?! THAT IS SO DAMN BROKEN! Let me think...

 

@Smoke Bomb: No offense but...Do you really not see what makes your cards so broken? I mean they can't even be affected by anything...That is MASSIVELY overpowered...How many other cards do you see in the game that are like that? Just saying. Since they don't really hinder the opponent in any way though they're approved. There's still a way to get past them at least. They shouldn't be too big a problem in non-random. It's just a matter of bringing out beatsticks that are strong enough to kill them. And that's something that most if not all decks used here can do if the player has enough skill.

EDIT: Avenger's Assemble is also very broken. I mean it lets you summon 4 beatsticks that are unaffected by all card effects...And it's at absolutely no cost too...And they don't even have to come from the hand...You could've summoned them from the deck instead of your hand in your earlier move and had a much better advantage...Plus it's even a freaking Quick-Play Spell...

And you think Rie's cards are broken? They're not even close to being as broken as your cards are...>.>

I'm not upset though. You don't have to edit your cards or anything. Just pointing all this out.

 

Jay.. They can destroy one monster per turn during either player's turn. summon five of them, then during the opponent's BP you can nuke all of their monsters before they can try to destroy you by battle, and do over 3k damage at the same time.

They can also just destroy the first five monster you try to summon, then you can still only destroy them by battle when the weakest one of them has 1800 atk.

Additionally, you can't negate their effects because they're unaffected by card effects, so even Stardust or Skill Drain wont help you any once they're on the field.

There are only three ways to beat them:
1. 3x Lava Golem
2. a monster that can't be destroyed by monster effects, and can be summoned without any monsters that aren't destroyed the moment they hit the field
3. summoning five monsters with enough attack to kill them, then summoning more monsters during the BP
