That is so sad. I almost feel bad for what Lester did.

 

Well, out of all the Cures in the Smile team, Happy/Miyuki and Sunny/Akane were the closest ones, so it makes sense she'd mourn her more. Well, her and Peace/Yayoi, but Peace is a crybaby already which leads to it having a more comedic effect instead.

If you mean normal Utopia, Xyz Crown causes Black Ray Lancer to be level four, and lets it be treated as two monsters for an Xyz summon. Two level four monsters is the summon condition of Utopia.

I'm using the Japanese names for the Utopias, for no real reason. And feel free to take your time.

 

And it needs Shining Force to Xyz Summon. Brooks told me.

 

Utopia Prime has an effect that allows it to overlay onto normal Utopia. "You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 39: Utopia" you control as the Xyz Material." It does not need to be summoned with Shining Force. Utopia the Lightning does not have an effect like that, it is the one that you need Shining Force to summon. Also, Shining Force says
"Target 1 "Number S" Xyz Monster you control or in your Graveyard; Xyz Summon, from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number S" monster that is 1 Rank higher than that target, by using it as the Xyz Material."
so you can't use it to summon with normal Utopia.
