This card gains effects based on the number of cards in thePendulum Zones.
● 1 or more: This card gains 800 ATK and DEF.
● 2 or more: If this card battles a Pendulum Summonedmonster, at the start of the Damage Step: Destroy that monster.
● 3 or more: Your opponent's monsters must attack this card, if able.
● 4: If this card destroys a monster by battle or by its effect: Draw 1 card.

 

The sad thing, is that that does nothing to pendulums.
Effect one puts her at 2100/2200. Not bad stats, but not good either.
Effect two isn't good because the pendulum that dies goes to extra, but I guess isn't too bad.
Effect three doesn't do much, because either they have something that can kill it or they don't summon until MP2 or summon in def
Effect four isn't as good as it looks because you need to have something to kill for it to do anything, and your opponent wont just summon monsters to ram into it and die.

And effects three and four require that both players use pendulums and have the scales currently set.
