Important announcement everyone. I am officially retiring from the Duel Arena. And I mean all together. Why? Not just because I don't like Yugioh anymore but because my parents are forcing me to "get a life" so to speak...

 

Oh... That's sad to hear. Well I hope you will check on arena sometimes.

 

Currently, there is room for 1575 more posts in this arena. Do you expect that there is a reasonable chance that you will be back before we run out? And if not, do you want someone else to host 11?

Well I can still check in every now and then so I SHOULD still be able to make new Arenas. But I sure as Hell won't be able to Duel or RP anymore.

Maybe I'll finally make my own Magic Battle Arena forum with the Lyrical Nanoha's Brave Duel/Vivid Tournnament formula.

Also, if for some reason I decide to not leave, in the next RP I'll be the main villain. I want/need to lash out my anger on something, and that'll be the setting.

 

I was afraid that might happen. It looks like there wont be an issue regarding this arena filling up.

With the six of us currently active, the arena is sustainable with a little effort. losing Jay officially instead of just having him hang around and having there exist the possibility of him dueling in the future is a moderate hit to that, but if Abby's interest in the arena somehow didn't change and I put in a bit more effort to keep up with the administrative stuff, it would be doable. Losing just Abby would be near fatal to begin with, but we'd still have the owner so there would be a chance of survival. Losing both Jay and Abby is simply not survivable though.

Because of this, unless anyone objects.. Once Abby leaves, I think we should lock the arena.

 

@Toon-Girl-Abby I sincerely apologize. But this time it's not my fault.

I'm still free some days at least sometimes. But I've got so much to worry about now that I simply can't Duel or RP anymore. But it's not like I'm permanently losing access to the internet.

Why, why, just buckin' WHY I end up the only thing sustaining a forum?!

It was the same in the Hetalia forum 'Letters Around the World'! I didn't start out that one, but it'd seem I did. It was good when li, natasha, meimei, alice, stsenna, swirls, nutella and I were the ones around, sending each other letters as countries and me creating the topic for WW's, where we'd go crazy in insane RP's of insane battles.

But one day I decided to jump ship to the Nanoha fandom. When I came back, the forum was full of metaphorical web spiders. And I answered to most people before I left (I checked and I only didn't answer to nutella).

Newbies did come but apparently they're stupid enough to not send each other letters.

It took time till the forum was only li, a newbie and me.

And I bet that forum is being unloved right now as I'm writing this.

I'd give ten bucks right now so you could buy yourself some self-steem and self-love. But I don't have ten bucks and don't own those neither.

He's right. Dueling alone just doesn't keep me here anymore. I essentially lost any hope I had when it came to me becoming better at it. You all remember my duel as Cure Happy VS @Yakumo as Lester? You might as well say that was me breaking down too. I could have declared foul to Yakumo to activate Utopia's effect when he pointed it out to me… But why? I really don't have a chance here. Against anybody.

I came here because I Love Haou Judai (it's right there in my sig!) and because I found you interesting. It also meant my return to DN to become better. But here in the Arena I'm simply no good. Yuma Tsukumo would seem to be a pro right next to me.

I expected more than I should had, you could say.

I remember when I told you that I found this place while searching about Haou.

I wish I had a time machine to return back when I was watching for the first time Season 3 and thought 'Jaden became Evil?!1! Cooooool/Interesting!' to tell myself to come here ASAP and RP with you when I had a chance. Oh, and I'd tell myself than 5D's isn't as bad as it seemed (I was furious 5D's replaced GX in the local channel they were airing it).

EDIT: Yes, I enjoy your RP's! I forgot to mention it.

And speaking of witches, I was thinking about what I said about being the main villain in the next RP. I could decide to stay for that, but the format I chose to be able to stay as a villain in case I lose is a bit complicated. I mean, Card games With Time Looping Murder Mistery might be too much.

And what witches have to do with this? Well, it's 'cause (one of) the villain(s) I chose for this is Nightmare Paradox, a villain from a MLP fanfiction. And in that fanfiction, a pony becomes a Nightmare the same way a Meguca becomes a witch.

 

You seem to be very active, and willing to start things. Having active people that start things is one of the most vital things for a forum like this one. It sounds like the other forum you were at survived for a while after you left it. This one was basically dead when you found it.

 

That might be true...



I was thinking about it... Should I just go with my 'Card Games-Time Loop-Murder Mystery' idea for the next RP (in which I'll be the villain)? Or should I just make my own forum?

The bad thing is that I don't know how to make a forum here in KH Vids. I'm also not sure if my own forum should be vanilla crossover RP or a Magic Battle Arena game.

How do I make a forum here for starters? Somebody knows?
