That Card is still broken 'cause it says it cannot attack the turn it is summoned. At the start of each battle phase, it gains one counter that makes it lose 500 attack.
I summon it, go BP, it drops to 3500 attack. Your turn you go BP it drops to 3000 attack. my turn, I go BP, it drops to 2500 attack. That is the first attack value it can attack at, making it slightly stronger but slower than Goblin Attack Force.

Sure, if you combine it with other card effects like Counter Cleaner it can be super strong.. But playing gene-warped warwolf then equipping it with Mage power and setting four face-downs will give you a four star with 4500 attack and no negative effects.

In the play I made, it's already been reduced to 500 attack, and if it stays on the field until your battle phase it will drop to 0 attack and kill itself.

Have you ever heard of Lightning Vortex? Lightning vortex lets you discard one to destroy all of your opponent's face-up monsters. A two card combo that takes your normal summon, leaves you with a monster with very low attack, the inability to attack, and another negative effect, and can only destroy a single monster with max 4900 attack is hardly broken.[DOUBLEPOST=1405726393][/DOUBLEPOST]*sigh*

This is why I post a list of my customs.
With the customs I am using, I think that Itsumo is pretty strong, the jumper + cannon combo is strong but the cards themselves are weak, Sniper is pretty strong in non-random, but in random is only usable if combo'd with Supplier. Portal master is strong support, but not amazing. Everything else is mediocre, but can combo with other things to become good.
If you look at my list of customs and see a card like Flare or cannon and think that it's broken before the game, we can talk about it then and if I can't convince you that it's reasonable, I can agree not to use it.
The combo that I just did would be stronger if I used Entropic Synchron instead of flare, as it would be able to take the cost of Hellfire, attack for damage, and still wouldn't be any different for what I plan to do after BP.

 

OOC: I really didn't have the time to agree on the use of customs. I only let you use them 'cause of my constantly late responses.

If you really believe everything you've said so far, OK, I won't chain.

I still have a way out of this disaster, but knowing you, you probably have a facedown you will use.

NOTE: Wait! I still have my Pulling the Rug, that makes your combo useless! Can I use it? :(

 

No DQ happens. You have agreed to the customs posted before the duel, and as such you no longer have the right to complain about anything regarding their effects or stats.

 

My monster didn't even activate an effect and I no longer feel like playing. This game is over, view it as a win or loss however you like.

 

I see.. for future duels, keep in mind that not responding to something in plain sight is considered agreeing.

 

Just for the record.. My move would have been stronger if instead of playing Flare > Hellfire I had played these two cards.

 

I call it a tie. *sighs* You went all out on me with a really strong custom Deck, and I did everything in my power to take you down.

I still totally out-Aki'ed WhiteRose-Aki. Without being Aki. Totally called it! :D

You were even harder than Trollin' Brooklyn on that Vylons VS Butterspy duel.

It was almost the same thing, with him pulling pro moves, and me making damage control. I won that duel, if you'rebeing curious.

Oh, Abby.. you have yet to see real broken. Vylons are considered a low medium leveled deck. There are things more broken than your wildest imaginations if you're calling a monster with just 4000 atk broken.
