You see, The 5 Pieces of Exodia The Forbidden One have to be in the graveyard in order for Exodia Necross to be summoned or exist on the field...

But because he changed the card's description to where it's cost is 1000 Life Points rather than sending 5 cards from his Deck to the graveyard the logic in his strategy is flawed...

 

He had them in the graveyard. He discarded them using the magic and trap jammers. He payed 1000lp to activate Toon land. He was making it by how the card worked in the show not yugioh wiki

 

But you don't discard anything for Trap Jammer...

Also, If The 5 Pieces Of Exodia The Forbidden One were already in his hand the whole time that means that he would've already won the Duel cause whoever has The 5 Pieces Of Exodia in their hand gets an automatic win...

 

The trap jammers I understand but he could've drawn 1 piece each turn.

 

So you're saying that he only had 3 of The 5 Pieces Of Exodia The Forbidden One in his hand and then he discarded them with the 3 Magic Jammers and then Drew the last 2 pieces on his next 2 turns?

But then how did he discard the last 2 remaining Pieces from his hand to the graveyard to summon Exodia Necross?

But if you had activated Toon Kingdom with it's original activation cost/description or used Painful Choice that would've worked.
