You could just look over the decks on Yugioh wikia. Although I use it to match the deck I used to use when I was younger.

Switch my Witch Doctor, Substitoad, and Dupe frogs into defense position and load my back field with spells and traps. Then I'll end.

IIRC you can't change the position of monsters you just summoned, but i'll take it as if you summoned them already on defense postion.
And Dandylion tokens don't come from the deck btw, so that startegy wouldn't work completely.

And since xakota did it last duel, i'll wait for you to counter in order to continue with my turn.

if you don't mind my asking, why on earth would you set before activating heavy storm? you do realize that your facedowns will be destroyed, right?

Also against the rules. you cant activate cards at the beginning of your opponents turn unless the card text says so specifically.
