The Time Limit is 48 Hours remember? If he doesn't make his move within 48 hours he will of course have already lost and then you guys may start.

Okay, i've sorta got some of my cards sorted, I have a few decks but I might change them depending on the answer to this question.
In a deck what is the average balance of monster/spells/traps? Like 25 monsters, 7 spells and 8 trap cards or something like that.

 

It depends. It can change drastically. My friend once made a very effective deck with only two monsters in it. Don't ask me how.
