The Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Duel Arena!

I seriously don't know what it is you guys have against doing it this way...It makes it much easier for both players. This way you don't have to worry about whether you draw what you need or not...and it's much more fun this way.

 

Yeah I started off with the real rules then I noticed how Jaden used any cards for as many as he wanted each turn.

 

That's because I did. And you didn't argue.

I swear...there is just no pleasing you people...What could you POSSIBLY have against doing it this way???

Me and Dalk and some others did it this way and it worked great...

 

I don't have anything against it, just saying other people might atleast want the option to do it the more strict way. -Shrugs-

To me it just feels kinda different, I dunno... nostalgic? x-x

 

Same here,if i actually knew that,i wouldn't be even using Pot of greed.

But depends on the situation.
Say,remember that duel i was talking about?
The one on GX last episode?
There was a card on it that made both players hand become 6 again(Card of sancty or something like that,the real effect is diferent,but whatever...),why we just don't make that card immune to traps and spells,and everybody use it as they wish?

You know 5D starter deck?
So,you have the game?*Hopes that can play with someone*
Anyway,i won't be able to duel you today,just got back from church,and once dinner's ready i'll be studying,which should be in 20 mins or so,and i doubt in that time we could have a good duel...

There's just one problem...They used that card wrong...They broke the rules when they used that card in the anime...

That's not really what that card does...What that card really does is make you remove all cards in your hand and on your side of the field from play and then draw until your have 2 cards in your hand...

That card is SO useless...

But somebody could make a different version of that card that has the anime version's effect.

 

Yeah, that card would be next to useless if used in one of the duels here...

But in real life, if you only have one useless card on the field and it's the only card in your hand, it might be helpful. A really big might. Other than that, the card seems friggin' horrible. >>

 

You guys who are saying that that card is horrible are forgetting the small portion of people that play Mill decks, as well as the large portion(Including myself) that plays control decks.

Also people said that cards like Cat's Ear Tribe and Raging Flame Sprite are bad. I used those in my tournament deck.

 

Yeah, Tell me about it...That card is SO pointless. That's gotta be like the worst card I've ever seen...It's AWFUL...

Kazuki Takahashi must've not been thinking straight when he made that card...

He must've either been high or drunk...

EDIT: Wait, What's a Mill Deck?

 

It's a deck that works around taking cards out of your opponent's deck, so that they will eventually have nothing to draw and you will be declared winner by default. Takes its time, but near impossible to defend against.

 

But wait... how does a card that only makes you discard and draw cards, not the opponent, work that way?

 

I'm sorry, I misread that effect.

But, what about a DD deck?

 

Point? This card would be a good card to have in one if used correctly.

 

I know it's efefct is different,which is why i said for someone to modify it.

Bad as in bad player or trouble?

Those decks kill.
I've played agaisnt someone in RL who used that kind of deck,the Girl made my deck empty on first turn(she chained her Entire deck on one turn,how lucky/awesome/killer is that?)and on the next turn,since i coulnd't draw any cards,i lost.

 

I know, hard as heck to pull of but when done correctly they rape.

Now i synchro summon(Mind control let's you synchro and remove from play the monster for another effect,just so you know):


Now,since makyura's in the graveyard,i can play any trap instantly from my hand,and i play:


Now i summon:


And attack directly at your life points with it.
