Once again, invalid. The timing opprotunity for Soul Rope is when a monster you control is destroyed. Tributed=/=Destroyed.

That doesn't make any sense. You said you were summoning Valkyrion, which can only be done on your turn. Therefore, you implied that you were advancing to your turn, so what Ruo-...Yusei did was irrelevant.
