No it doesn't because it didn't on your next standby phase
and i do counter it withand I activate my other facedown antispell fragrance

But, you can't activate the first Seven tools of the bandit, because i use Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell on your turn, and you can't use a trap in the same turn it's set, so all the Graceful charities are negated after all.
And also, you should wait for me to use a card before activating, so i'll just use:

actually it does because 7 tools negates forced ceasefire and forbidden spell. And I've got a facedown that will destroy stardust because it has a faster effect speed

Stardust can chain to any card actually, regardless of speed.

 

I can find a post that has Xakota specifically saying that traps can be activated in the first turn because ofa thing Xak call priority

 

Priority just changes what cards can counter it IIRC, but whatever, he's the one that knows it all...

 

monster effect are speed 2 if I remmeber corrextly and a counter is the fastes so stardust doesn't stand a chance
