The Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Duel Arena!

I'm supposed to have a duel with pyrokyle >.>

 

I'm off from work now and I'd like to Duel soon too so I don't get rusty...

 

I'm willing to duel. Conditions are RL cards only (no anime, no VG, no custom), at least 8000 LP, all cards that are involved with a turn need to be posted (so if you were to discard a card I need to know what it is), and send move arguments to me in PM/VM because so far arguments with me take a while and I don't want to spam up the board.

Anime cards are considered rel here Mixt. If you can't accept them as real then that's having bad sportsmanship. If Xakota is still signed in I'll let Kyle on. He's looking for a couple cards though

 

Those is my conditions for a duel because I'm trying to avoid arguments. (LP thing is just to avoid OTKs)

If anyone wants to change those conditions I'll discuss that, but that is what I'm butting on the table.

If you really don't like it, then don't duel me. *shrugs* It's not exactly a hard concept if you ask me.

EDIT: And saying this upfront isn't bad sportsmanship. Not saying this and then complaining later is.

 

I've said. Mimi has said it. Aqua, I think Jaden. most people have said they're considered real. It's just you. Anime cards are considered real because there's proof to back it. I haven't seen any of your proof saying they're not or confusing. Unless you can bring up an updated page of that mentuions every card that's come out....So anime cards are real

 

And that's fine when you're all duel eachother. And like I said I can flex my conditions if you want to discuss it with me.

The problem is that anime cards are only used in a few duels (usually only in one) so you see how the card works in a specific scenario. Real cards have rulings for them including all the debatable scenarios that the judges have seen or thought of so it becomes much easier to see how cards mesh with eachother.

VG cards vary based on the game it came from. Video games tend to alter the rules at least slightly so what a card does there might not fit exactly into the actual game.

Really I fail to see why I should consider it worse to be playing closer to what the rules are.


I don't see how this is that much worse than the condition of "no customs" that is widely used in the arena now.

 

Because customs overpower a player and can give them an easy win. Most customs effects are abused to the point where it's difficutl to beat them to the point where it's cheating. Anime cards however can be tested in situation in this duel arena and not to forhget that heir effects are clearly explaine most of the time. Video games like the Sacred cards aren't to be taken lightly. Games like Worldwide destined duel and the championship series do however because they HAVE to obey the rules unless you hack.

 

Unless your looking to challenge me I sugest you just drop it. It's obvious by now that our discussion is going nowhere.

Well I won't consider them real but I will allow them to be used against me, no debating.

If you look at his deck you'll automatically lose got it? Looking at another's deck should be considered cheating

 

I give you my word I won't look at his deck. I'm toying with the idea that if you think looked at his deck in preperation of this duel you can DQ me, but I'm affraid of that being abused and putting me in a no-win situation.

I really just want an idea of his skill level.

Deal, but he's not allowed to look at cards I've used either and if I win you need to respect that I don't consider them real cards.

AFAIK, there's no video game exclusive cards, well one, but besides it they all exist or will soon be released.

Sometimes cards work differently in videogames and there are the pre released cards. the video game part of my conditions is what I'm most likely to fold on, provided it's from a game that uses almost the exact rules of the actual game.
