IT was out side the RP. And yea, a lot of good cards get their abilities rewritten. It's kinda crap.

 

To anyone who knows whats going on, is the effect still the same?

It looks like the text has been re-phrased. But the one on the left can be your card or you opponent. the right one is only from an opponent's card.
