some of my ebay orders came in today, my seller also gave me another paper saying it will be released in Order or Chaos, January 24, 2012.

I think summon one level 4 or lower dark type monster when something,IDK.
I just know he was able to summon 2 other Verz's and Xyz me.

Ok, so it turns out Konami already said they will be releasing TCG exclusive Tour Bus From The Underworld.
and from what I heard, they were the ones who censored the text on that card image...
