The Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Duel Arena 7.0!

first off, I was attempting to make a joke about the number of sides, and how it wouldn't be a cube anymore.
Secondly, have you ever seen a good Karakuri deck? Against an opponent who isn't packing a lot of traps, I can't see how they'd ever go over five turns.

I think that yu gi oh is actually good as it is. You have so many viable strategies.^^ You could also go for a trap monster cards + god card + earthbound immortal + uria deck and it can work.^^ Well, everybody has his unique playstyle. And every deck has also a counterdeck.

earthbound + uria + god card wouldn't work at all... it would be incredibly inconsistent

Trap monster cards are very powerfull. That is why this deck can work. I would put out the earthbounds, because they don't fit into it that well.

Still, you can stall with your trap monsters, use some cards to search uria and god cards and finally summon them onto the field. If you get obelisk on the field with that deck, you will just destroy anything. To destroy counters you can use cards like double snare.
Some other stall cards could help, too, like marshmallon or soul reaper.

there's so much effect destruction now.. your trap monsters just wont help. And even if you could stall with them, a god or uria is still really expensive, and the enemy can just hit it with a dark hole, and it's dead.
