yea.. I'm used to all of the stuff saying "cards." I had such a great plan too, which probably would have worked if you don't have another divine punishment face-down.

at this point there's literally nothing I can do but end my turn, and either Hyperion or Brio can get rid of Laquari, and even if they couldn't, they do enough damage to bring me down to 100 LP, so if you had any other monster you'd still win. But sure..

mm.. yea. It's going to be even more confusing for me if I start switching around what monsters I have in my deck, because I wont be sure what I can summon at any given time.

if you got back your booster, and destroyed Brio and Hyperion...
I would have summoned my other earth in my hand and summoned Hyperion, Remove Jupiter, summon Honest for -3800.

if that card was a quick play spell...can you activate its effect and return 2 GB monsters to the deck/add to the hand on opponents turn?

 

Yugioh wiki says no. my guess is that the game's rules say that you can activate a face-down quick-play or trap during your opponent's turn, and that even if it were a trap, being in the grave it would still be restricted to your turn.
Edit: unless it specified otherwise.
