and defense position monsters dont make you take damage when destroyed in battle...
you cant switch a monster to defense position on turn summoned, so adding def on a monster only works after the turn summoned which is most likely going to be impossible...cuz he will get destroyed before then lol...

For now I summon Exploder Dragon!




Now the card that'll seal your fate, in turn bringing me victory. I activate Megamorph and equip it to my Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon.



This doubles my Dragon's attack to 10,200.

Exploder Dragon, Kamikaze into that Guardian and clear the way for my triumph.

Nice catch. Since it doesn't say that it can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon that means you can.
