He made the cards to reflect Kingdom Hearts, so what if there is already present cards that do the same effect? Then it wouldn't be Kingdom Heartsy.

 

he could have made the card even more broken than the original card...
like say...make the effect:
"destroy all spell/trap cards your opponent controles and inflict 500 damage to the opponent for each card destroyed by this effect, then draw 1 card."

@Riku I could be real ****** right now and negate your OH MY SO POWERFUL drive orb, but my ego is telling me I can beat you regardless so no chain.

 

Customs can and should be only played in the duel arena sooo...
you can negate it with Starlight road, you can chain to its effect with all your face downs so that you wont take any damage by the cards effect, you can use cards like dark coffin etc etc.
so unless someone actually lets you use that card and actually let the effects be used at its fullest...
you technically just draw 1 card after its activation.
