Well, basically Fred tried to get Akiza to believe Yusei was the one brainwashing her, so they had to duel, but Namine tried to Fred to get the truth and lost. Yusei, using the power of the Crismon Dragon, restored Akiza as a whole. But Fred still tried to get Akiza to believe Yusei was the bad guy. End of story, a pissed Akiza brought to life her Black Rose Dragon and Fred is out of the story.

 

well, I don't know if that's long story short but I'm just saying so. So who's left of the organization anyways?

 

.. I think Marluxia is the only one who actually died, although it looks like Axel will be leaving after his duel with Jaden.

@SirFred I think Akiza killed Zexion with the Black Rose, or he's passed out on the floor somehwere. Luxord is also gone.
