don't you find it odd that in yusei's duel, he used dark tuners, and monsters standing in for dark tuners, and never once used a light monster, whereas I, the supposed Bad Guy have used only monsters of the light? And what makes you think Akiza has remembered anything? from my point of view, it looks a lot like Yusei just beat her in a duel, and completed the brainwashing.

I distinguish the light of their bonds by the unquie marks on their arms which were used to call forth the Crismon Dragon, that restored Akiza.

 

have you ever heard of the facility? It's a giant prison, that marks everyone who is sent to it, such that it can locate the prisoners if they escape, if you look at Yusei's face, you can see the mark left from when he went there. I think that Yusei is doing a similar thing with everyone he captures, and that the marks he gives can be used to remotely brainwash people, and his mark is what allows him to access the network. Akiza recieved that mark when she was captured, and Yusei attempted to brainwash her, although now, I'm sure, the brainwashing is complete, so she'll deny it. the so called "Crimson Dragon" is likely either a holographic projection, or a large machine, used primarily for arial servailence, and doubles as a way to scare off any enemies.
