Yes that's fine, my deck size varies anyways. Correct on the God cards, I've used Obelisk a few times in the past(I'm not sure if I ever won with him though....).

Edit: Oh I read that incorrectly, apologies. No, it only applies to Sliefer, Obelisk, and Ra.
