With all due respect Jaden, it is. Its the most extreme way of judging it but, in a way, it seems that it is so. You just know a game is different than another when the tactics in them are not the same.

Not that i can say anything on the subject really, i haven't even played a match yet let alone learned the true mechanics involved.

Btw, not wanting to pressure you, but how's that card judging thing going? I do believe that this Brooklyn gentleman and i have a challenge to settle. At a 2vs2 of course, can't forget Terra...TEAMDEATHMATCH!

duel arena, I am disappoint.

just hearing the words of Forse, and remembering when I thought the same draws out the sheer disappointment of what the Duel Arena really is. What you say is what it should be, and it would be amazing, but there is too much pressure to just win, rather than have an epic duel, so if you leave traps your plan can and will be foiled, so everyone clears traps first thing almost every time, and if you don't defend with a card like Waboku, or Threatening Roar, the opponent can, and will, OTK you, so everyone uses one of those, or a similar card, almost every time, so it just devolves into a drawing contest.

Sirfred: Muwahahahaha! (or any other evil laugh) I heard that the first time. Counter tactics already created. At the very least, i will NOT get my magic cards cleared out in the first turn, nor will my ally...well, maybe in a 2vs2 duel that could be different, but we shall see.

At this point i should state that with the rules being different, as spoken earlier, cards need to be different too. You shall see that a properly designed custom deck is much more suited and practical (and fun) for a duel like this.

they aren't custom, you can look the up on your own. the primary ones you want to look at are:
Fabled Grimro, Fabled Krus, Fabled Kushano, Fabled Ragin, Fabled Leviathan, Fabled Lurrie, The Fabled Chawa, The Fabled Nozoochee, The Fabled Ganashia, The Fabled Catsith, The Fabled Cerburrel. They may not look too strong, but they don't lose.

Looks can deceive, that's for sure. Plus, they don't look strong? Then dude, you aren't looking. Just Leviathan's effects opens a heap load of strategical possibilities and that fable Unicore effect...chilling. Still, even if i don't beat them with my current deck, which is highly probable, i can always evolve it based on its failures. Eventually I'll surpass your deck. With every revolution we move a bit forward, that's how a drill works! That is Tenge Toppa! That is Gurren Lagann!

On an unrelated not: I freaking hate the theme. Seriously, why demons?

I would suggest a Battle Royal, your best deck, Jaden's Evil Heroes, and my Fables, if it weren't for the fact that Jaden left :(
