you mean "Cards in either player's Graveyard cannot be affected by card effects, except for their own effects."
ah, right, it would stop the resurrection because removing a reptile is a cost you couldn't pay

I would, but my laptop is, and most likely wont stop, being uncooperative. If it stops, I'll set some terms.

 

Use Trap Eater to get rid of Imperial Order. I think the rest is self-explanatory.

 

Really? You seem to think highly of a card that can be easily wiped out by battle... How about you and I duel then, and I'll show you just how easy it is to beat it...

 

if you have random card draw there isnt a 100% chance you are going to draw a soul release or any card like that.
you dont even have the card ready if your facing someone you never seen before...
and if your deck is not built to destroy that thing it will just keep coming back from the grave...
eat 3 monsters=game over by its effect with hypervenom counters...
3 turns to live before it kills you.
and card effects dont work on it so...
if I have 10 monsters in grave your doomed xD

I haven't read all these posts, but is debate on "invincible" cards? If that's the case, I'm sorry and don't mean to offend, but I think that's kind of silly. No card/s is/are really "invincible", it just takes a little thought and strategy to find a weakness. That's my opinion anyway.

 

Well actually I'm quite certain the Blue-Eyes White Dragon is invincible. *cough cough*

im just saying the only way to beat that card is to destroy it by battle and that probably cant be done without cards like megamorph/limiter removal.
or insta win cards, if medusa doesnt have 3 hypervenom counters before then...
since I came from a different time of duel monsters I dont really know of any card that can beat it unless its remove from play or the above things ~^
and also imperial iron wall if anyone even uses that in a deck...

 

Thank you for the welcome, and I like the way you think. Anyway, not sure if I'll be RP, don't think I pull off any character at this time. I mean, unless you know someone using a fairy deck?
And yes, I wouldn't mind getting into a duel, but since I haven't done so in a while, I've been refreshing myself on the rules, and attempting to memorize new rules. Plus I still have some questions regarding the way duels work, so I look less of a newbie than I really am. Like, when two people duel, (God this sounds dumb) but how do you think what your drawing or going to play? Do you actually have the deck with you when you type in your moves? And field cards go in the deck, and then they are placed on a field zone right? (yea it's been a few years indeed.)

 

now off to a new topic, if medusa cant destroy by battle it cant have counters anyway...
but anyway, can I use quil bolt hedghog's effect while imperial iron wall is active?
and if so, what happens when its destroyed?...

You don't have to be a character if you don't want to.

As for the way duels work, well, you basically get to choose what cards from your deck are in your hand, and you don't have to decide what your facedowns are gonna be immediately.

Yes, Field Spells go into the Main Deck. When they are played, they go into the Field Spell Zone.

 

Edit again: Whoops, Tea obviously wouldn't work. Idk Pegasus maybe? But it's not that important. Plus you could RP as anyone really, I've used the KH characters before.

If you want to use your physical deck that's fine, but what you do here is draw whatever you want, play whatever facedowns you want(along with being able to change what they are), and have the duels be more like it is in the anime.
I used to use my actual deck as a reference to keep track of what cards I was playing, so you could do that if you wish, but your not limited to what cards you actually own.

You're correct about the field spells, they're like any other card except they get put in the field spell location instead of the Spell/Trap zone.
