not really. I've thought about it, but the only time you really get multiple of the same level summoning at once is lurrie + chawa, which tunes for formula, and cerburrel + nozoochee, which has a pair or synchros, and with one more star can tune for ragin, leaving the only time you'd really want an exceed being when you have two ragins, but if you manage to get a formula out, that's a quasar, so the exceeds don't really add much, just overlap with the synchros.

 

I'll just trust that its 3, no chain.
