    I'm kinda having a hard time understanding you, but I'll try to answer.

    LaDD: Yes, LaDD's effect resolves first.
    Dust Tornado: Yes, Dust Tornado would destroy the card first, but the effect of the destroyed card would still resolve. Dust Tornado only destroys. It doesn't negate.
