Akiza...you dont special summon...it just prohibits special and normal summons unless LP is payed...
you dont special summon by its effect...so you cant do that...
(its effect makes players pay 1000 LP every time they special or normal summon...unless its a plant type monster...)
but nice...you ended Z-one's swarming...

 

Have you forgotten about Razion's Effect? I deal 1000 Damage to your LP when you draw.


Then ask me if I chain female Signer? When you draw your card, I activate Jar of Greed to draw one card.

I Special Summon from my hand, The Temporal Machine God, Camion thanks to Infinite Machine. I must pay 1000 LP however due to your Queen's effect

If this card battles, return all monsters your opponent controls to the Deck after damage calculation, and inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each monster returned. You cannot Summon monsters. Camion, Attack her Queen of Thorns, I take no battle damage invovling this card and after damage calculation. I return your Queen of Thorns and Violet WItch to your Extra Deck and Deck, giving you 500 damage for each monster, that's two so that makes it 1000, leaving you with just a measly 100 LP
