so you used Pot of Greed and that made it so you had two cards in your hand...
then you use enchanted fitting room which would leave you with one card left in your hand. Fair enough.
But... then where did the 3 white elephants gifts come from?
Surely you could have only used one since you only had one card left in your hand?
Or am I just missing something here?

 

That's easy. He ended up with 4 cards in hand because he had his monsters, then with his 1 other card he used his first one. The second was one he drew from the first, and the third was one he drew from the first/second effect.

I now normal summon out the Tuner monster, Junk Synchron! whose special effect allows me to revive a level two or lower monster so return to the field, Quillbolt Hedgehog!



I tune Level 3 Junk Synchron with level 2 Quillbolt Hedgehog! CLustering wishes clal upon a new force! Become the path it's light shines upon! Synchron Summon, Show yourself! T.G Hyper Librarian!


I activate One for One, by discarding Quillbolt Hedgehog from my hand, I can special summon out a Tuningware!

I remove my face up Fluff Token to Special Summon D.D. Sprite!


I tune Level 1 D.D. Sprite with Level 1 Tuningware, Clustering wishes call upon a new speed's horizon! become the path it's light shines upon! Synchro Summon! Power of Hope, Synchro Tuner, Formula Synchron!


I activate Tuningware's effect which allows me to draw a card when used as Synchro material then T.G's effect for when i Synchro Summon, I draw another card then with Formula SYnchron's effect, I draw another card!

I Special Summon out Creation Resonator from my hand but he won't be aroudn for long, I tune Level 3 Creation Resonator with Level 1 Stardust Xiaolong! Clustering wishes reach for the stars, become the path it's light shines upoN! Synchro Summon! Appear, Armory Arm!



I draw another card thanks to my T.G then I equip Armory Arm to my T.G HL, now my field consists of Stardust Dragon, T.G Hyper Librarian and Formula Synchron!

Hand: 4

I activate De-Synchro to spilt Formula Sunchron back into it's original materials, return to the field! D.D. Sprite and Tuningware!



Now, I re-tune them back in Formula Synchron and you know what the means, 3 more cards!


Hand: 6

How about a encore? Another De-Synchro and I repeat the process!




Hand: 5 + 3 = 8

I activate another De-Synchro!




Hand: 7 + 3 = 10

Now, I activate Battle Waltz and select my T.G Hyper Lirbarain, gaining a Battle Waltz Token in the process, but there's still another Creation resonator in my hand to Special Summon!



I tune Level 3 Creation Resonator with level 5 Battle Waltz Token! Time to borrow some help, Crow! Darkened gales, become the wings that soar from resolved hope! Synchro Summon! Soar, Black-Winged Dragon!


I draw a card thanks to Hyper Librarian's effect!

Now, Clear Mind! I'm tuning Level 2 Formula Synchron with Level 8 Stardust Dragon!

Clustering wishes open the door to a new evolution! Become the path it's light shines upon! ACCEL SYNCHRO! Be born! SHOOTING STAR DRAGON!


I draw yet another card from T.G's effect!

I activate Double Summon, thanks to this card, I can normal summon again so come to the field! Junk Synchron whose special effect allows me to revive Quillbolt Hedgehog within my graveyard!




I tune Level 3 Junk Synchron with level 2 Quillbolt hegdehog! Synchro Summon! Junk Warrior!


I draw another card thanks to TG HL's effect!

Now, I activate Monster Reborn to bring back Formula Synchron!



Over Top Clear Mind! I tune Level 2 Formula Synchron with level 8 Junk Warrior and T.G Hyper Librairan! Clustering stars become as one as bonds illmuimate the future! Limit Over Accel Synchro! the Light of Evolution! Shooting Quasar Dragon!

I activate Magical Stone Excavation! I have to discard two cards for this card to work so I send Shield Warrior and Dash Warrior to bring back Monster Reborn to my hand

I now activate Miracle Synchro Fusion! I remove my graveyard Stardust Dragon and Junk Warrior! Combine your powers into one! Fusion Summon! Dragon Knight Draco-Equiste!

I activate Burial from a Different Dimension, i can can select up to three Monster Cards that have been removed from play so I return Stardust Dragon and Junk Warrior as my targets!

Hand: 5

I equip United We Stand to Shooting Quasar Dragon, giving it 800 ATK and DEF for each monster on my field including itself and I count Dragon Knight, SHooting Star Dragon and Black Winged Dragon that gives him 3200 ATK points but I'm not done yet I activate Monster Reborn, return to the field! STARDUST DRAGON!



Now that another monster is on the field, Quasar gains another 800 ATK and DEF totalling his ATK and DEF to 8000!

I set three facedown cards and end my turn!
