I might as well. Name your terms.

 

First of all, I strongly disagree with the Envoys making for more "epic" duels. If anything they make a duel more one-sided than it's already been.
As for your "it belongs in certain characters' decks" arguments; I haven't seen anyone using a Yugi or Kaiba deck lately. Plus you could follow that rationale to unban any card: doesn't Makyura The Destructor belong in a Marik deck for example? And yet it is still banned.
I'm just saying you need to be a little...consistent in your logic.
Unbanned the Envoys? Then Makyura should be unbanned as well. It belongs in a character's deck, it adds a new layer of surprise to dueling, and it certainly isn't any more overpowered than the Envoys. That's my two cents on it.

 

The reason Makyura The Destructor is Banned is because it breaks the game REALLY badly...It lets you activate Trap Cards from your hand...

It could make for next to unbeatable First Turn Pins too...Example: Activating Imperial Order or Anti-Spell Fragrance on The First Turn etc.

Yeah, That thing has STRONG OTK Potential...but you do have a point...I would like to see it in a Marik Ishtar Deck...

About The Envoys, They aren't as threatening, I mean they can easily be defended against with a Solemn Judgment, Black Horn of Heaven, Waboku, etc. (Man...You made me spill it...(-_-; I wanted to demonstrate that for myself...)
