Next I play Monster Reborn and summon your Elemental Hero Bubbleman back from the Graveyard. Since I have no other cards on my side of the field, I may draw 2 cards. 4 cards in hand.


I play Soul Release and removing the following cards from your Graveyard: 3 Necro Gardnas, one Elemental Hero Necroshade and one Elemental Hero Clayman. 3 cards in hand.

I play Pot Of Greed. 4 cards in hand.

I play Graceful Charity and draw three cards. Then I discard Volcanic Counter and Molten Zombie. Still 4 cards in my hand.



I set them all face-down. No cards in my hand.

But Fifth Hope was supposed to allow me to Draw 2 More Cards!

 

I guess removing your monster from play doesn't stop the drawing effect.

Or does it? It does say then draw two cards... As if implying that you need to shuffle those monsters back first.
EDIT: Just a sec while I check the rulings just to make sure.

EDIT 2: You said it yourself:

Which would mean you can't draw if you can't send 5 heroes back to the deck. Besides, if it was so easy to draw 2 cards then Fifth Hope would have to be limited like Pot of Greed imo. ;)

EDIT 3: Pot of Avarice works similarly, and the rulings state that you cannot draw or even activate it if you have less than 5 monsters in your Graveyard.

Important EDIT 4 (lol they add up don't they): Don't forget that one of the cards you have left in your hand MUST be Imperial Order since I sent it back to your hand the previous turn!

After Jaden has announced that he is using Fifth Hope, this card doesn't work. Costs are paid immediately after a card is activated, even before chains. So this card doesn't even have a card to remove. The only way this could work is if you use it BEFORE he activates Fifth Hope, but you didn't.

This duel is still going.

If anyone wants to duel me I'll be using Chaos. Guess why >.>

Ah, I see. I didn't know that.

Wait a minute...You used Philosopher's Stone's effect thrice. That means that your life points have halved three times. Which means you have 1000 left.
Then I activate Volcanic Counter's effect when you attack Bubbleman with Elemental Hero Wildheart. I can do this since I have another FIRE monster in my Graveyard: Molten Zombie.

Wildheart has 2000 ATK, so I take 1200 points of Battle Damage from him. Volcanic Counter's effect makes me inflict them on you as well, which means your life points drop to zero before you can attack.
