The Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Duel Arena 2.0!

Guys; an idea. How about an elimination tournament? We start with 8 participants (or we can find them; 16) who play a preliminary round. The winner advances to the semi-finals and then the finals. I wondered why we haven't done this yet...that I know of.
A neutral person pairs the opponents and all that. Would you guys be interested?

Sorry Zane...But there's a MAJOR Flaw in your move and I suggest you redo it...

Heavy Storm also destroys YOUR Spell and Trap Cards.

Meaning you destroyed Future Fusion...And when Future Fusion is destroyed the monster that was Fusion Summoned by it's Effect goes with it. And Cyber Phoenix only stops a card that targets a Machine Monster. Heavy Storm doesn't designate a target.

Coolest duel I had so far. Thanks, man. I guess I did go cheap on you for using Imperial Order so early on and keeping it active. But I thought I'd use the best cards to beat someone like you.

I was thinking of something like this the other day, since people seem to be getting titles like mad by beating one or two people. I think it's a good idea to get some organised ranks around here xD

 

How many people do we have that can do this though? Fayt, Styx, me, Xakota, Jaden, Aster, Kaiser, Akua, Mixt, Deadheart if he's on, Dalk if he wants. Is that enough? Am I missing anyone?

Guys, i thought i would let you know this earlier, but i probably should now.

Lately there's been more and more duels happening, and it's getting kind of straining to keep up. Especially when there's customs involved. So, to save myself the pain (and hopefully so you guys can learn the rules better), I'm incorporating a new rule:

Calling over the judge

^^that is to get your attention.

Anyway, here's how it works. If you've played RL YGO, you probably know where I'm going with this.
In a real life game, even tournaments, you don't have a judge watching every single move to make sure it's legal. It's up to YOU to make sure your opponent isn't breaking the rules. You need to learn them. If your opponent gets away with breaking them, it's your fault.
From now on, if you see an opponent breaking the rules, you point it out to him and tell him to change it. IF:
-Your opponent refuses to change it
-You are said opponent and you think you aren't breaking the rules
-You aren't sure whether your opponent is breaking the rules or not
-etc.

You then PM or VM me and I'll come take a look. My word is final in that case.
Keep in mind, however, that i WILL still be looking at duels, just sometimes not ALL of them. This is why it's important to call me over.

Of course, if we do actually do this tournament, I'll make sure to closely watch every duel.
