Whoa whoa whoa. What? Go back to Reckless Greed.
That's a trap card. You have to set those and wait until the next turn to use it.

Quick question.

Ra can't be targeted by Card Effects, so Effect Veiler wouldn't work, would she?

No, Cards that negate effects WILL still stop cards that have immunities. For example, Skill Drain will still work on Elemental Hero Wildheart and make him vulnerable to other Traps.

EDIT: However, Effect Veiler will NOT work on Ra. Because it's effect targets. And Ra can't be selected as the target of a card effect.

DOUBLE EDIT: Oh and, The Default God Cards used in The Duel Arena are The Anime Exclusive/Illegal ones. So if you don't want them state legalized ones when setting terms.
