Number of Cards per Deck: 60
Other conditions(luck based cards, handicaps, etc.): ....Tag Duel (2 vs 2) or Three-way duel, anyone?
In case of the first, i'd ask to not follow official tag rules and use these:

Not shared life points, not shared fields, can activate traps and whatsoever to help each other, can activate traps and spells after losing, can't activate each other cards, cards that target both players targets Current turn player and next turn's player, order'd be Team 1 first player -> Team 2 first player -> Team 1 second player -> Team 2 second player.

In case of second:
Only the last player attacks on his first turn and anyone can activate traps and spells to help each other.

...in case both of them have ridiculous rules or are just not allowed, go with the official ones.
I really wanted to have either one of these since the first tread .-.
