The only reason I'm better is because I'm playing with my favorite deck, not sucking, and not getting immediately OTK'd.

With that wide of an opening you should win anyway but that move is illegal. Rainbow Neos states that it can only be fusion summoned with the listed fusion material monsters. No substituting with Light Hex.
