Well seeing as how I'm going first I draw

In order to use it I discard my Barrel Dragon from my hand

I wasn't aware that magic Jammer doesn't work so I can not counter your move Shadow_rocks so forget I posted anything and move on with your turn.

Hmm I think I'll activate my Dark Grepher's effect letting me discard one of my dark attribute monsters from my deck.

So I think I'll discard my Archfiend Soldier

Now I'll activate one of my facedowns, Spirtualism. Thanks to its effect I get choose one of your spell/trap cards on the field and return it to your hand and I think I'll choose your DNA Transplant

and don't think about negating because it won't work

Now then in order to keep my Dark Sanctuary In play I'll have to tribute my Dark Grepher

First of all Dark Grepher's effect says one dark monster Your headless knight is an earth monster. second of all it is Dark Sanctuary effect that forces you to sacrifice a monster at the end of your turn. Third of all you failed to state which card of mine returns to my hand. and for the record my left facedown was Magic jammer.
