Yes you do, I designed Maelstrom to be Electrum's Evil Counterpart. If you look carefully you'll notice that his effect is exactly the same except for him being Dark instead of Light and his ATK Boost becoming greater.

So, my Heroes go back to my deck, and my Maelstrom gains 500 attack points, bringing his attack up to 3400.
