You see, You can only activate Destiny Signal if one of your monsters was destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard. In order for D.D. Warrior Lady's Effect to activate and remove my Bladedge from play you have to choose to remove HER from play also. If you chose to do that you cannot activate Destiny Signal because she was removed from play instead of sent to the Graveyard. So you'll need to either redo your move to where both her and Bladedge are removed from play or you'll need to choose not to activate her effect and activate Destiny Signal after she is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard.
