Bushido, The Seal of Orichalcos is an ANIME EXCLUSIVE not a Custom! Therefore it is ONLY allowed in Duels where Anime Exclusives are set to Yes!

And All that card does is:

Don't pay so much attention to it's cannot be negated or destroyed effect.

It's nowhere near as broken as Cold Wave or Cathedral of Nobles...
