Unbeatable combos (which this is) are prohibited in the rules. It was brought up when I used almost that exact same combo in the last thread.

What are you talking about Bushido? I said Unbeatable CARDS are not allowed not combos...

Jaden, we agreed in a PM discussion (I emptied my inbox a while ago so I can't prove this) to ban unbeatable combos? Don't you remember? It was when you brought up the Horus lock that Aqua Heart was using.
I figured you would update the rules, I guess you never did.

But I guess it SHOULD be enforced...

 

We said in the discussion that OTK's aren't allowed and first turn locks are just like OTK's so they should be banned as well. Ringing any bells?

Jaden, I could get out of this combo easily...you should know that of all people, but the point is we agreed that stuff like this shouldn't be allowed and we should enforce the rule.
So Aster, I'm going to ask you to redo the move. I won't count it as a strike, or against you, or anything.

We talked about this in our conversation. I'm really surprised you don't remember this. You presented the combo aqua was using to me. I pointed out that you could beat it in certain ways, but we decided that it's still not okay because most of those cards aren't in most deck themes.
Right now, I'm using fairies so i could use a herald card to stop secret village. But still, we agreed stuff like this shouldn't happen.

 

Well I'm sure you've got better memory than me so you probably do remember...

So do I, but unless you're using a certain deck theme it isn't really fair to just pull cards out of your ass like that.

 

That's the reason why I have the theme rule! =P

I don't think you understand, I see a SPLASHABLE way past this combo...One that ANY Deck can use...

And I've just though of something I'm not sure about, so let's ask Bushido and Jay.

Jester Confit was on your field. So shouldn't I have been unable to direct attack? And I should have attacked Jester Confit instead?

Confit wasn't on the field because I used him to syncro with the other Red Dragon Archfiend and Majestic Dragon. He only comes back at the end of your turn.

Don't worry about it, Jester Confit's got a pretty weird ability, so it's normal for people to be confused when it comes to him.

 

Share it with the class. And if it's Cyber Jar, then I'm not really impressed and it doesn't matter because I wouldn't use a broken card like that anyway.
