The first attack was negated by your Necro Gardna, but thanks to Cyber Twin Dragon's effect, the second attack ends this duel.

If you've seen the show I think you'll understand his effect!

The being able to Attack Twice is supposed to represent his incredible fighting skill. The gaining ATK against Dark and Fiend monsters is a reference to how he destroys evil. The control of him not being able to switch is a reference to how he has a pure heart and can't be corrupted.

The not being able to inflict Battle Damage is a reference to how he never harms the innocent or people.
