While I am a great fan of the Who, Pinball Wizard, Baba O'Reilly, Won't Get Fooled Again and Who are You are allready DLC. Would a stand alone game be acceptable or worth purchase or would a DLC pack be more feasable.
In my opinion, they weren't great enough to make a whole game about. Also, I don't think many kids who play these games really like The Who. Metallica, Van Halen and Aeorsmith were one thing. Also, The Beatles are legendary, but not The Who. Good band, but not great. DLC would be better. Like how they had the AC/DC track pack.
Seems like a flop to me. Like above stated, the other bands that have had games centered around them were/are LEGENDARY, while The Who are popular and vastly regarded as a great band, many just simply aren't fans of The Who, myself included. Personally, I think we've had enough of games centered on A band. It is better when they have it spread about with many different artists, but it wouldn't be awful if Rock Band took after Guitar Hero and allowed for more than one song by an artist on disc.
