Riku,now rolling his eyes at Kairi's unnesessary attitude,turned back to Sora,who had developed quite the changes.Riku took a step back."Sora...what's wrong with you?''he asked.Riku summoned the Way to the Dawn to his right hand incase things got serious.

 

Sora stopped growling.his eyes were stll a fire red."Riku...what are you-"He poked at his fangs."Oh...see?I told you."he smirked.

 

"....''Riku still kept his guard up,and gave Sora a look of distrust."...What were you just doing?,you growled at me!''he said."And your eyes are fire red!"

 

"well.1, you got me mad.2, I told you I got bit by a vampire."Sora explained.

 

Riku couldnt believe his ears."Just because I dont believe you doesnt mean you should growl at me!"he shouted in outrage."Well im taking your word for me now,and until you get better,just keep your distance from me''

 

"But Riku...I thought we were best friends..."Sora said.his eyes returned to normal and his fangs dissapeared.

 

"We are..''Riku stated the obvious,just a little softer that time."..But your dangerous now..and now that your emotions are heightened,I dont feel safe around you..im amazed Kairi does..but then again..''Riku took a pause and sighed."..Forget it,if there was anything I can do to get you backto normal then I'd do it,with or without your approval.''

 

"I understand."Sora gave a small smile.The sun had set,and now the sky was getting darker.

 

Riku dismissed his weapon and folded his arms,he stood in a moment of silence before asking."..You dont..need to suck anyones blood..do you?''he asked,though the answer was obvious.

 

"I guess those two can come out now," commented Kairi. She headed to the Secret Place to get Eden and Valerie.

 

"Nah.Valerie,thats the girl I was talking about,gave me this vail of something...she said something about my neck would stop hurting once I had my first taste of blood."Sora gave a shiver just thinking about it.

 

"..Did you look at what you drank?..''Riku asked.

 

"It smelled kinda like dead tuna before you cook it."Sora said.

 

Riku felt like he was about to hurl,but showed no sign of it.Suddenly he had an idea."..If they somehow..lost their vampire powers..or they faded.or even 'died' ..would you go back to normal?''he asked.

 

Sora shrugged."I don't think any of the vampires know how to return to normal."Sora said.

Doran grinned and took off his hood. He went over to the old beggar from before and gave him some munny. He was in a good mood today. And now only to find a fight.....
