"I know he isn't." he said, walking next to her. "That guy was just trying to shake you up."

 

" Yeah." She said still staring into the water. Suddenly a boy came up behind her and pushed her in, laughing. Jenny popped up, " I'm gonna kill y..... Jake?" She asked looking at the boy. " HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!" He yelled to her.

 

"Who's he?" he asked, helping her up.

 

" Just an anoying little punk." She said smiling at Jake. " Fine then I won't give you your birthday present." He said. " Oh you know I'm just kidding around." She said pushing him in. He came up and grabbed her leg and pulled her in. " I'm gonna kill you!" She said laughing and attacking him.

 

He watched them for a little bit and walked away.

 

She stopped when she saw Ryan leaving. " Wait where are you going?" She asked climbing out of the water.

 

"I thought you wanted to be alone with him." he said. "You don't need me around."

 

" Oh I'm sorry I didn't even think that I was interupting something. Here Jenny this is from me and Denny, happy birthday." He said handing her a small wrapped up box, and started to walk off. " No both of you wait. I need both of you on my birthday." She said.

 

"Why do you need me? I'm just a machine." he said, looking back at her.

 

Blade put his hand on his face "oh boy you guys are giving me a headache" Blade said

 

" Ryan I... I'm really sorry, I really truly am." She said.

 

"I'd really like to believe you." he said and continued walking.

 

Jenny sighed. Jake looked at her confused. Then he looked at Blade. " Uh what's going on?" Jake asked Blade.

 

He took one look back, tears in his eyes again.

 

Jenny turned to Jake, " Family." She said simply. " Oh that's right speaking of family. Have you found your dad?" He asked.

 

He sighed and went to his room. He started packing his things and walked out.

 

" Uh, no not yet." She said lying. " Oh well I know you will." He said smiling.

 

He looked at them one last time and sighed. "They don't need me anymore." he said to himself.

 

"Ryan this is war we need your strenght. So what if she dosent love you the way you do. She is too young to understand all that" Blade said appearing behind Ryan

 

"Leave me alone. The only reason I joined was to find my creator. Now that I've found him, there's no need for me to stay."
