The war of Humans and Elves.

"Do you realy thing your older than me," the man said. He remained uneffected. He drew his wepon and fired it at Nadia.

 

Nadia twisted to the side, narrowly avoiding the missile. "I would bet so, yes. We do tend to last longer, thanks to our wisdom. Let Eva go. She has no part in your plans, and neither do I. You will pass soon, just as the others have."

 

"Your Nox's slave aren't you. Oh I can command you just like I can her. You will leave to a southern elven city and tell no one of what has happend," the man said his own power as well as the charm in Nadia would cause her to obay.

OC: and what about Eva

 

OOC: I"m confuzzled.

BIC: Nadia winced, rubbing her arm. "I'm not his slave. And I'm not yours either. Screw you." she snapped, letting several spears of navy fire shoot toward him. She wouldn't do anything she didn't want to, and he couldnt' make her. That was settled.

 

OC: he's using the charm and his power on Nadia. And I was wondering how Nadia is doing.

The man lowered his wepon to Eva's head, "go or she dies. And then I'll kill you most likely but go now and every one stays alive."

 

OOC: But i dun wanna lose D8 That's kinda like goddmodding.

BIC: Nadia hesitated, then slowly unclenched her hands. "Alright, I'll leave. But if she dies, so will your son. Not that you would care." She stalked out of the room, her eyes burning with tears and anger.

 

The man looked down at Eva seeing if she had fallen asleep. If she was he would leave knowing his orders were folowed.

 

Eva stirred, unshed tears spilling out of her eyes. "I'll never forget, and I'll never forgive." she whispered, the tears making a small puddle beneath her.

 

'I don't expect you to. Now sleep and you'll do as I said in the morning," the man said. He was gentle with this comand hoping to sooth her to obay her rather than fully force her.

 

She kept her eyes open, keeping them staring at the floor. "How can you murder innocent children, and mothers, and fathers? People who have never done wrong, and want peace in their lives, and you go to murder them. It's acts like that that spawn war....why does anyone want that?"

 

"You think the elves are any better. I've had to remain on the defensive to keep my people happy and carefree but now I have the means to win," the man said, "war isn't pretty and I do hope they surrender so we can minize caualties. Now sleep dear you look tired."

 

"I'm not your dear anything." she whispered, her eyelids dragging down. She finally slept, tears still pressing up and leaking from under her eyelids.

 

The man searched to make sure she would folow his orders she would his plan worked. of cource as soon as they meet up with the elf his son would be aware of what he had been doing. But as his father said you win and you lose. He vanished without any indication on how or where he went.

 

OOC: I got nothin.

 

Oc: I do

Nox woke up the sun was up and someone was knocking on his door. He got out of bed and saw Eva on the floor. He walked over to her and kneeled down, "Eva you okay."

 

Eva slowly opened her eyes, not looking at him. "Fine." she whispered, staying where she was. She had no inclination to ever get up again. Maybe she would get lucky and some assassin would finally strike her down.

 

"Alright," Nox said. He answered the door. A man in uniform gave him a sheet of paper. Nox read it. he looked at Eva, "I got to get going. The troops are meeting at a rallying point I have to meet up with them."

 

Eva didn't look at him. Instead she slowly sat up, her eyes blank. "Of course you do." she murmured, blinking slowly.

 

Nox looked apolgeticaly at Eva, "I'm sorry."
Nox left and began to go. The orders taht Eva were given last night began to kick in she would have to folow Nox.

 

Eva pulled her knees to her chest, letting the tears come now as she slowly rocked back and forth, sinking back into her memories, and her world. Why had this had to happen? Why couldn't she just go down fighting? Nadia would have understood...but Nadia was gone too.
