The war of Humans and Elves.

OOC: It's okay.

BIC: He sat next to her and said "Yup. That was a fun game." He was still smiling.

 

OOC: Yuuush, thank you.

BIC:

"Well... to tell you the truth, it really wasn't a game. I would've stopped for you if you would've called out earlier." She smiled kindly, but deep down inside, she kept her guard up.

 

"Oh, sorry." he said. "I wanted to talk to you, but then you started running, so I thought you'd want me to chase you."

 

"Not really, I thought you were one of those bad guys that turned away..." Ireth shrugged her shoulders, still holding her staff tightly. "Sorry about that... I guess."

 

"It's okay. What's important is that I have the chance to talk to you now." he said.

 

Ireth raised her eyebrows. "Talk to me?" She tilted her head sideways while studying him from a distant. "Do I know you...?"

 

"No, but you may have heard of me, as I have heard of you." he said. "I am Arwin Leafjumper, a retired general of the elven army."

 

Ireth nodded her head slowly, humming out slowly in sort of understandment. "Maybe I have... um...?" She tapped her head on her staff trying to remember. Oh well, it might come to me soon. "So, since you seem to already know me..." She stood up, stretching out. She stopped in midstretch, seeing another guy in the shop. "Um... now what?" She looked over at Arwin.

 

"Well, I heard things about your fighting abilities, and I was wondering if you would like to train with me. It's always good to stay fresh and practice, you don't know when the need to defend yourself or your friends will arise." he said, standing up and bowing. "It would be an honour if you trained with me."

 

"So you're saying that if our friends or family are in trouble, we should just let them die? That's heartless." he said. "I'd rather die protecting them."

 

"I agree about war." he said. "I used to be a general in the elven army, so I know what war can do. That's why I retired. Now I fight to keep peace and protect the weak."

 

Eva stood completely still, like a deer caught in the light. "I'm sorry..." she whispered.

 

Eva let out a sigh of relief, her hand going to her throat. "My mother." she called out, then picked up her bow. "My mother taught me how to fight, but she also taught me to only when I needed to."

 

Nox watched the guy. Now Nox was a man of buesness and if his clinet ended up dead because of an attack then he wouldn't get paided, "Hey stop."

 

"Any plans you have for that city is going on hold for a bit until I get payed for all the grunt work I've been doing out here," Nox said picking up his bag of plants.

 

Eva rubbed her temples. "Fine! Fine. I'll do it."

 

Eva followed, running faster to catch up. "You don't like the rain?"
