The war of Humans and Elves.

Nox attempted to wistle outside. He wasn't good he could just make a little bit of an actual wistle like noise.

 

She kept giggling, and opened the door. "Tada!" she said, then giggled again. There was no way the shape of her body could even be seen, the clothes were so big on her. Well..not that much bigger then she would have been, but last night had been her first full meal in a long time.

 

Nox laughed at Eva. She looked and acted funny so what wasn't there to laugh at, "so like the new outfit."

 

She giggled, then twirled, tripping in the process. "Of course! What's not to love? It's beautifully fitted, great colors, matches my eyes." She laughed.

 

Nox smiled at her then noticed the window it was already dark, "wow day goes by fast. But can't say it was wasted."

 

She smiled, then nodded. "Nadia and I used to sneak out at night, from the houses, and watch the stars. We would talk about all sorts of things." She shrugged. "We were like sisters."

 

"You still are," Nox went back into the room. He opened a window and looked at the sky. There weren't alot of stars because of the lights in the city.

 

She smiled slightly, then nodded. "I think so. But anything at any moment could tear us apart." She sighed, then sat on the bed. "Sometimes I wonder why I exist at all."

 

Nox sat next to her. He turned and looked her in the eyes, His expression was relaxed and kind, "none of us exist for any real reason. But we live all the same. There is no purpose to life. But you find resons to keep living it."

 

She smiled, then nodded. "I guess so...." she thought for a bit. "Nadia will be here tomorrow afternoon." she murmured, close to sleep.

 

"Kiss good night," Nox asked Eva smileing.

 

She looked up at him, blinking slowly. "What's that?" she asked sleepily, her eyes closing again.

 

"This," Nox said. He closed his eyes and kissed Eva.

 

She kissed him back, surprised, for the third time that day, but not in a bad way. This is really new. she thought.

 

Nox pressed his forehead onto hers. Pulled back slowly. He walked to his bed and laied down.

 

She smiled, pressing her fingers to her lips, then snuggled under the covers, fighting back the cold. "Goodnight." she whispered.

 

Night,' he wisperd back. He fell asleep with a smile on his face.

 

She curled up into a ball, sleeping, but aware of everything around her. The elves had more then one useful trick, it seemed.

 

Nox slepted on the bed. Itwas nice being on a bed after sleeping on the ground.

 

Eva opened her eyes, staring into the dark. More then one useful trick....she pressed her face into her pillow, remembering the easy, quiet days before everything had come to an end. Her mother, her father, her sister....Nadia...
