The war of Humans and Elves.

"Oh ummm," Nox looked around the room. There realy wasn't. The room just had two beds and that was it.

 

Eva thought for a bit, then sighed. "Turn around, and if you peek, I'm going to kill you." she grinned.

 

Nox smiled and got closer, "you wouldn't you like me to much."

 

She smiled up at him. "Well...maybe not kill." she amended. "You are the first person that Nadia hasn't killed outside her clan who knows about me."

 

"I'll take that as a compliment," Nox said he kissed her. Her lips were cold on his.

 

Eva kissed him gently, still not used to this. It was so...different. She blushed, then looked up at him again. "Maybe it is a compliment, but don't tell Nadia. She would kill you just to prove you wrong."

 

'I don't think she would. I think I'm growing on here,' Nox said.

 

Eva giggled. "Maybe. One can never tell with her. She's a master of disguise, that one." Eva shrugged. "She tried to teach me, but I just never got the hang of it."

 

"Why would you want to hid that pretty face of yours," Nox said. He wraped his arms around Eva and held her tight.

 

She smiled, leaning her head on his chest. "Because it may kill me one day." she murmured, closing her eyes. "That's why we are always traveling, looking for a new, if only temporary, new life."

 

"You'll find some place you'll be able to stay at for as long as you want," Nox said, "youu should get changed."
Nox let go of Eva.

 

She smiled, her eyes bright. "I wish I shared your optimism." She had almost forgot about the clothes she held, but she shook her head, concentrating. "Okay...should I go try to find some place downstairs?"

 

Nox shook his head, 'and risk some sicko no I'll wait outside.'
Nox began to walk to the door.

 

She caught his hand at the last moment, questions in her eyes. "Why me?" she finally asked. "I'm not an asset to your home, I am more trouble then you even know, and just...why?"

 

Nox turned and looked her in the eyesp ' you make me happy Eva do I realy need any other reason do I? Don't question why good things are just enjoy them.'

 

Eva smiled slightly. "Good things usually mean traps for me." she murmured, but let go of his hand. "Thank you." she smiled a little bigger. "I guess I just have to get used to good things, don't I?"

 

Nox smiled and kissed Eva's forhead, 'I'll wait outside then.'
Nox opened the door.

 

She smiled, then turned around, shaking out his clothes. Time to try on new clothes. She shook her head, grinning. How long had it been?

 

Nox waited outside of the door. Leaning on it. He listioned to Eva's movements. Mainly because he was bored and nothing was realy happening in the wood floored hallway.

 

She stripped off her soaking wet shirt, and gently laid it on the floor, followed by her pants. She left her underclothing on, mostly because it wasn't as wet as the rest of her clothes, and mostly because she wasn't about to walk around without them. Pulling on Nox's shirt, she giggled. It was almost like a very short dress on her. She pulled on the pants, and laughed, and didn't stop. It was like she was drowning in clothes.
