The war of Humans and Elves.

'Now that is something we could have talked about how did it happen?' Nox asked as he walked in on the two. He was refering to the scar.

 

Eva let her shirt fall, blushing, while Nadia slowly stood up, glaring at him. "I got into a fight with a mage." Eva replied shortly, turning around. "Soup is on the table."

Nadia glared at Nox, leaning on the bed for support. "Why should you care?" she asked, her head pounding.

 

"Well she didn't stab me when my back was turned and I would like to think of myself as a good person," Nox said sitting down at his soup. He looked at Nadia, "The Charm in you is the contridiction to that fact."

 

Nadia rolled her eyes. "Oh you have nerve, don't you? Dragging me around by my wrist, and then saying you're not a bad person for holding me against my will."

 

"I said your where I went bad. Eva I have some pain amulets that will take care of that or I can see if I can make something to heal you," Nox sugjested.

 

Eva smiled. "That's very kind, but it's alright." she rubbed her stomach thoughtfully. "It might be my punishment for picking the fight."

"Who did you fight with," Nox asked.

 

"An elven mage. We....didn't agree on certain things.." Eva tensed.


Nadia watched, ready to intervene.

 

Nox took a spoonful of his soup, 'let me guess Nadia?'

 

Eva shook her head violently, ripping some bread into smaller pieces. "Nadia was the one who saved me. He was a so-"

Nadia moved her hands up from her chest, flicking two fingers. She was tensed, but relaxed as Eva fell silent.

 

'Okay guess it's not my buisness. So Nadia any skeletons in your closet,' Nox asked as he got anouther spoonful.

 

She rolled her eyes. "None I will share with you." she muttered.

 

'Nadia you and I both know this could be much worse than it already is,' Nox said, 'I'll be able to remove the charm in about a mounth.'

 

Nadia held up two fingers. "For one, it's entirely your fault I'm stuck with you. And two, it could be a hell of a lot worse, but it ain't. So stop asking for things I'm not going to give."

 

Nox sighed, "Again sorry but look on the bright side it's a whole new experance," Nox said.

 

Eva shushed Nadia by shoving the tore up bread into her hands, giggling at her face. "He's right at that, Nadia. Now let it go."

 

"See Eva doesn't hate me neither should you," Nox said with a smile.

 

Nadia considered, then threw the bread at him. "We aren't alike." she retorted.

Eva barely held back a laugh,covering her mouth with her hand to keep from smiling.

 

Nox caught the piece of bread and diped it into his soup and ate it, "thank you thats aculy what I wanted."

 

'What are you doing?" Freealncer said to max as he was fiddeling with majic with a ring

"Your order" max said in response

"Right, I'll get to work on getting us out of here" freelnacer said sa he started slashing at the wall
