Nox looked at his glass. He stared at it wishing more drink would apier. He couldn't spend alot of money here. Money was hard to get without any clients.

 

Eva walked into the forest, her heart pounding. She didn't know quite why she was doing it, but she knew she had to.

Something rustled behind Eva, and she stopped, standing completely still, just as her mother had taught her. "The elves don't like humans going through their forests, sweetheart." Her mother had explained. "A few don't fit that rule, but they usually stay in their cities. Don't go in the woods alone." Well Eva had broken that rule, and she didn't know if she could find her way back.

 

Nox was able to get a job from a potion dealer. He had to get some herbs and plant roots for potions. Simple job realy nothing complicated but Nox was surprized at the amount of money he was getting. Nox knew almost everything on the list except for one thing he'd never heard of Dark Bark sap. Nox headed out into the woods and colected some of the plants on the list.

 

Eva crept around to a big tree, and climbed into one of the lower branches, quietly waiting. She could hear more rustling, and she crouched, waiting to jump on whatever it was.

 

Nox cut off some leaves from a bush he walked around the bush and looked at list. He needed the sap and a flower root.

 

Eva waited, her thought drifting back to when she had started living on her own. She had been safer in the city then she had her whole life, yet she was leaving it again.

Nox leaned downed and plucked the blue folower up. He cut off the root and put it in his bag.

BIC: Eva sat up, pulling her legs to stand on the tree. When whatever it was came under the branch, she would jump on it, and put up the best fight she could. She did have the element of surprise. That was about all she had.

 

Alexis jumped out of the way and put his sword infront of him, temporairly blocking the scythe. "Is that the best you can do?' Alexis asked, with a slight grin.

 

"Are your bad comebacks going to last a lot longer?" Alexis said this with a slight laugh. Alexis made his sword do a upercut, thus making it break away from the scythe. He then threw his sword in the air, picked it up with the other hand in mid air, and did a forward thrust in the Vlain's direction.

 

Alexis took a step back before the hit connected and in a drunken like frenky, he rebounded at Vlain, trying to stay out of reach of the scythe at the same time.

 

Alexis ducked from the attacks, and prepeared to rebound at Vlain once he landed.

Ireth slipped into the shop, shutting the door behind her. She leaned against it and sighed out in relief. She made it. She quickly ducked away from the window, heading into the shadow of the shop. She knew the owner of this place, and was quite comfortable in here. She sat down, knees up to her chest. She rest her forhead against her staff, breathing in and out slowly. "Pheeeew..."

"How many dogs were following you this time..." It was the owner of the shop. He was casually cleaning a glass, setting it on the shelf behind him.

"Maybe three...?" Ireth groaned out. "I hate when this happens... I dunno if they're even foe or ally. I think two of them lost me, I dunno about the third."

"I see..."

 

Alexis put his sword up in a guard stance. "Running out of tricks?" he asked.
