The war of Humans and Elves.

Ireth felt the human's eyes on her, but didn't look at him. She continued to walk along his side, not really caring where they were going. She was keeping her wits up though, most of all, her guard up. She sort of wished that the other elven was there. Awrin I think his name was... Oh well, it can't be helped now.

 

Eva ran after Merlok, her heart beating wildly. She quickly took aim with an arrow, her face determined.

 

"How else do you think I was able to live as long as I have and still look this young?" he asked. "I just wasn't expecting a warrior/archer to have any potions like that."

 

Eva felt terror swim over her, then pain, unimaginable pain. She fell to the ground, holding her head. "No no no no no no."

 

He used a spell to teleport in front of him and blocked his scythe with his katana. "I won't let you do this!" he roared.

 

"Ireth..." she said simply. She had questions on her mind still, but she kept them to herself. She could sense something nearby, and it wasn't a good feeling. Her head perked up, listening to the background noise. "Something's heading our way..."

 

Eva prayed it would stop, but it just kept coming. "Please..." she whispered, tears running down her face. Another wave of pain went through her, making her writhe in agony.

 

He teleported in his way again, this time grabbing his scythe and sending electricity through it and into him. "I will not be defeated so easily!" he said.

Other: His father commited a crime (Bane was never told what), and since his father thus commited suicide, his mother was put to blame with the son, Bane. There Bane earned his childhood memories. Eventually his Mother died and he was put into the general population of the prison. He earned the name Bane from the warden who called him nothing but ab Bane due to the fact that there was no one left but the world to care for him and the world is no one's mother. Eventually he was put into solitary for causing trouble with other inmates. The Warden made a deal with him that iof he helps destroy the Elves city he may go free, if he doesn't, he willl be execuited for crimes his father commited. Though, he doesn't plan on doing this work to the full. During his time at the prison, he had to fend for himself and became strong. He also learned mahic from some imprisoned mages in the prison.

Eva slowly got up, trying to ignore the pain. She strung her bow slowly, fitting two arrows at it and aiming at Vlain.

 

Ireth decided that now was the best idea to stay close to the human. She held her staff tightly, feeling the aura of the other being. It was dark, really dark. She pushed past memories out of her mind. "You're name... what's your name?" It was a question to try to distract herself from what was happening not too far away from them.

 

He portaled in between them just in time, taking the attack himself.

 

Eva screamed inside, but she couldn't hear anything. She knew it...why didn't she listen? She whispered the one spell her mother had taught her, then let the arrows go, straight the Vlain's heart. Then she started running, as fast as she could.

 

Ireth shook her head, and then turned. She was a coward, but she knew that this wasn't going to end the way that it was suppose to be. The other one's life would probably be in vain. Without saying a word to the human, she turned and started to run.
